COVID-19 Policy for the 71st NSNA Annual Convention April 12-16, 2023 Nashville, TN
NSNA is committed to following all current CDC guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as state, local, and corporate (hotel/convention center) requirements and will continue to be mindful of the safety of attendees, partners, guests, and staff. For the 71st NSNA Annual Convention, the NSNA Board encourages convention attendees to wear masks, practice good hand hygiene, and practice social distancing as comfortable.
Attendees do not have to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, but the NSNA Board recommends that attendees have the latest COVID-19 booster shots. Also, within the NSNA convention app, there will be a list of nearby COVID-19 testing facilities, and attendees are encouraged to bring home test kits if they develop COVID-19 symptoms during the event. NSNA will not provide onsite testing.
NSNA appreciates all attendees and partners for their adherence to these recommendations and efforts to eliminate COVID-19 exposure. The health and safety of attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and the local community is a priority for NSNA based on our core values, policy, and formation of professional identity in nursing.
