SCHOOL INFORMATION:
If your school has at least 10 NSNA members on February 15, 2023, your school has enough members to qualify for 2023 NSNA official constituency status. The Eligible Constituency 2023 Report is available. You will be able to check if your school is listed and eligible for constituency status. In the event that your school has not submitted the application, please click here to access the online form. You must first read and verify that your school or state chapter meets requirements for the areas of conformity in your bylaws. Here is the link to read the requirements: Official Application for Constituency Status 2023. Each school will have delegates and alternates that are based on their school membership numbers. Delegates and alternates must be NSNA members to participate and are elected or appointed by the members of their school chapter. All Delegates must be registered for the Annual Convention. STATE INFORMATION:
The State Association will have one delegate and one alternate. The voting will be electronic so please use an email address that will accept emails from electionrunner.com. The state president will receive communication from Cathy Ramos once you have completed ALL the requirements for state constituency. Please make sure we have the most up to date information for your state. All state delegates must submit the Official Application for Constituency Status with a copy of their current state bylaws and submit the 2022 minutes prior to credentialing, click here to submit State Association Minutes Submission Form.
