We are excited to announce that 2020 School and State delegates will complete the delegate credentialing process online. There are two very important aspects to the delegate process so please read the following information carefully. SCHOOL INFORMATION: If your school had at least 10 NSNA members on February 19, 2020, your school has enough members to qualify for 2020 NSNA official constituency status. Click here to see if your school is on the list of schools eligible for constituency status Eligible Constituency 2020 Report.In the event that your school has not submitted the application, please click here to accessthe online form. You must first read and verify that your school or state chapter meets requirements for the areas of conformity in your bylaws. Here is the link to read the requirements: Official Application for Constituency Status 2020. Each school will have delegates that are based on their school membership numbers. We will not have alternate delegates for the online elections.We suggest that the school chapter members or board of directors designate the school delegates according to the number of delegates the chapter is entitled to. We will not have alternate delegates for the online voting. The voting will be electronic so please use an email address that will accept emails from electionrunner.com. VOTING INFORMATION: All credentialed delegates will be able to vote for the 2020-2021 Board of Directors and Nomination and Election Committee. The viewing of candidate’s statements and photos as well as voting will be electronic, so please use an email address that will accept emails from electionrunner.com. This will be the email where your ballot will be sent in April. Election Runner suggests that you use a personal email if your school email has filters. Watch for more information and directions as voting approaches. You will also be sent information on how to access candidate statements and photos prior to voting.
