Important Booking Information
The standard room rate is $207. For 3 or 4 guests, there is a $20 total charge for the additional occupants ($227). However, due to the hotel system’s setup, the pricing will display as $227 for 3 guests and $247 for 4 guests. This amount will be charged but adjusted at checkout. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

*Debit Cards are not recommended since the hotel immediately deducts for incidentals upon check-in ($100.00 to start). The amount held is based on hotel policy and anything unused is released at checkout. Check with your financial institution for their policy on funds being returned to your account.  If the first $100 is used prior to checkout, another $100 will be held. To avoid holds, the hotel recommends using your debit card only for room and tax. Tell the front desk that you will not charge any incidental fees to your room.

A guest's CC will authorize for the amount of room and tax + about 20% for incidentals. This will show as a pending charge, and will actualize upon check-out for the final amount due. If the guest swipes a debit card, it will appear as a charge at the time of check-in and any excess amount will be refunded upon check-out.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is located 13.3 miles away from Westin Seattle.

Baggage Fees 
Check your airline’s website for the latest rules and regulations regarding baggage fees.  In addition to leaving home large containers of shampoo and hairspray, extra fees for luggage may require you to pack only the essentials.

NSNA has arranged discounted airfares with Delta Airlines for the 73rd Annual Convention for attendees traveling to and from Seattle between April 6, 2025 - April 13, 2025. Please also note that in using the link a reservation should not be made under basic economy fares due to their highly restrictive policy, (non-refundable and non-changeable). All reservations should be made under main cabin fares.
